Amanda Little of The Oakridge School will be reading her paper, "The Dependency of Dames," at the 2014 Richard III Colloquium


The Oakridge School is proud to announce that one of its own Owls, Amanda Little, will be reading her paper, “The Dependency of Dames,” at the 2014 Richard III Colloquium this March 21st. Congratulations Amanda!

Amanda Little is a junior at The Oakridge School and has been enrolled since 2001.  She is the Secretary of the Executive Board Student Council, Secretary of National Honor Society, and esteemed manager of the Boys’ Varsity Soccer Team.  She won the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Award in 2013 for her role as a leader within her school.  She has worked at Camp Thurman, a local children’s camp, since she was thirteen.  When she is not at school, Amanda enjoys long naps and eating Thin Mints. Amanda is undecided in both college and career.
Amanda will be presenting her paper during Session E of Block One, “Gender Politics in Richard III,” which will take place in the upstairs part of the Library.
